I haven't had a cup of early grey tea from coffee bean and tea leaf for five years. It was heavenly.

I have been a long time customer and frequently order from CBTL. I love their Earl Grey, English Breakfast and others. However, the Earl Grey I just received is definitely not their Earl Grey. My husband and I both knew the difference right away. And we both hated it! I spent 30 minutes yesterday trying to find a customer service phone number to no avail to have this rectified. I am so frustrated and disappointed. Also, because the tea bags don’t have a specific name on the label, I have no way of knowing what the tea actually is.

You never have the TEA! NEVER! and then when you ship you use a BAD shipping Company that doesn't deliver EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR 2 DAY AIR! WHY do you use them! UPS is NOT having any Delivery Troubles... WHY DOES FED EX!!!! I WANT MY $19.95 BACK! AND YOU'RE CRAZY AS I DON'T HAVE A 6 MONTH GIFT SUBSCRIPTION ... YOU ARE CRAZY!

Coffee bean and tea leaf ‘s Earl Grey black tea is my family and friends’ favorite for years. But this purchase, the Earl grey black tea tasted like vanilla black tea. I have contacted the customer service for more than 10 days. I have not heard anything from them yet.

We have been buying this tea for a long time. The most recent purchase has a completely different smell and taste. We are so sad. :(

Taste has changed. Absolutely horrible. Does NOT taste anything close to the old Earl Grey tea I used to buy from you. Moreover extremely disappointed with the customer service, sine there is no one to talk to and Noone called me back after I left a message online requesting a call back.

We strive to achieve the same great flavor each harvest and it is disheartening to hear we fell short.
