“The tea smells great but has a pretty bitter taste and I don’t get any notes of vanilla, which is strange considering the vanilla smell is very prevalent. I had a Ceylon black tea with vanilla before (and loved it). I was hoping this would be similar in taste. Adding milk to the tea was a little better, but that’s not how I normally drink it. If you like bitter black tea, this still might be the tea for you—just not for me”

“Vanilla Ceylon Tea; the smell, and the taste of this tea is exceptional! It is smooth and very satisfying! I was so happy to discover that I can order The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf tea products online and have them delivered to my home! There is no store within my state so this is great! These teas are simply delicious and are some of the best! Well made well packaged to insure freshness is persevered!”

“The underlying tea is obviously of good quality, but something about this particular vanilla flavor detracts rather than adds to the tea. Admittedly, the only flavored teas I have ever enjoyed are fruity. I tried this due to its popularity and longevity, but it's just not for me.”
