“I never received the shipment they sent it to the wrong address and their complaint department is some place in out of this country they don't understand English....I am very upset and no one helps....I will never buy from this company again!!!”

“I really love this blend. I initially had purchased a tin of this at the location in Glendale, CA while I was out there for work. I really liked it, but we don't have a location near where I live, so I ordered two more tins online.”

“Tea is great, customer service is sub par. Bought 3 tins for Mothers Day, when they were offering free shipping for $25+ order. Added shipping anyway and good luck communicating with customer service. No phone number to call and they don’t answer their own portal where you can send comments and questions.”

“Delicious. So sad that it is being discontinued!!! The other that was my favorite was decaf tropical passion and was also discontinued. I thought this was coffee bean and tea leaf”
