“This is NOT the same tea as you would find served in the Coffee Bean store. I was so impressed with the tea I was served I went online to order 4 tins. It is not the same product! It is a much smaller sachet with far less ingredients and thus far less flavor. I tried to return it, but after paying $6 shipping they said I had to pay to ship it back as well. I am not going to pay $14 for nothing, especially when I feel duped. Nobody could explain to me why the products are different.”

“I only bought one canister because I was not familiar with CBTL version. What a mistake! I love this tea, but unfortunately it was out of stock when I went to buy more. I hope they stock it again very soon.”
