No issues with the taste, but you really should be doing a better job in packing your product, as every single one of these cans is dented in some manner.

Powder was great! Customer service is horrible however. Had a problem, wrote in for three weeks, finally got a reply but unsatisfactory. Wrote back and no response. No resent order. Just a refund. I wanted the product. Contact us on website is a non working address. How is this possible in the age of digital marketing?

I would giving a five star review IF I ever received my product. Carrier said I refused. I didn't. Carrier returned product. I've written FOUR "Contact Us" forms and never heard back. I got an email yesterday asking me to share my thoughts. When I did, I got an email back saying that is NOT an email that receives emails. What????? that is the email address you provided. I've tried calling; recorded message says no human will answer. I have IM'd you twice, no answer. I left a message on FB. No response... what the heck is REALLY going on???? Why can I not get ahold of ANYBODY anymore????

I had to purchase this one because you got rid of te no sugar added. Tastes the same but affects me. The price has about doubled. Hope I continue buying it!

Never received my order. Your website provides no means of follow up/inquiry of order status. I have tried calling your phone number - you have made it impossible to reach anyone. I contacted you by email, you took days to respond and when you finally did, it was a lame auto response. I actually contacted one of your California store sites to finally reach ‘somebody’. She took my info and was polite. While at this point it seems like that too was just as much a deadend, it wasn’t her job to answer your main website’s online orders! She’s a barista! She apologized for the rest of my experience trying to find out WHERE IS MY ORDER?- I will be filing a fraud claim for reimbursement.

We have been buying powder every summer for over 20 years. This year we cut back due to the extraordinary price increase from $12.95 to $19.95, a 54% increase. $14.95 or $15.95 seemed reasonable. A price increase over $20.00 per canister will definitely make your product too expensive for us in the future. Love the product - hate the price.
