“This tastes great & I love that I can make a mocha everyday without a bunch of sugar. BUT the price is crazy. And the packaging is super silly for someone who buys it all the time. If you’re going to put it in a stupid plastic bag and make decant it myself & get brown lung (tell me your workers don’t have respirators - this stuff is AIRBORNE) then skip all the heavy metal packaging - I have plenty!- and just mail it in the bag for $10 less. I fight with myself to buy this every time I run out & wouldn’t have if it werent for occasional special offers. It cost half this 6 years ago and I’m definitely not making twice as much since then!”

“Although a delicious, reduced-sugar chocolate powder option, it's recent jump from $12 a cannister to $21 makes it too expensive to get on a regular basis. There are other more reasonably priced sugar-free chocolate options competing with Coffee Bean.”

“Why have you quit serving no sugar added chocolate powder in your stores? You still have no sugar added vanilla which isn't as good. The no sugar added chocolate is the only reason I go to Coffee Bean. You have lost hundreds of dollars a year from me because you no longer have the chocolate powder available for mochas and ice blendeds at your stores.”
