“I receive specials from coffee, Bean and tea leaf all the time. When I try to use the code to purchase my items, it will not work when I try to contact customer service I get no response. I even went online and tried to find another phone number. No luck I ordered three cans was not able to take advantage of any kind of special and it will be the last three cans I buy. It is ridiculous that there is no customer service for this company, I’m sure I will get no response on this review either”

“You know the Vanilla powders at Coffee Bean are the best. But it has become unaffordable. $20 for a can that lasts maybe a month or so with daily use. I live out of state now and so with shipping @ $9+, that usually takes forever, I'm at around $30 dollars for a can. 1 can. Used to be half of that a couple of years ago. Not blaming a company for making a profit, but thats a rough number to swallow ... literally.”

“I love the French Vanilla powder so much that I buy it year-round (along with my fave tea) but my past few orders make me question if I should ever buy it online again... 1. 4 out of 5 cans I ordered were dented/opened so powder was everywhere when I opened the box. The box wasn't damaged, just everything in it was. 2. I ordered the other day, got it today and all 4 cans expire next week.”

“I did not receive my product. I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone or through 4 different emails. You got your money on January 8th it is now the 26th and I haven't received ANYTHING!!! I NEED MY MONEY OR MY PRODUCT!!! IM GOING TO FILE A SCAM REPORT”
