“I ordered 4 cannisters of the French Deluxe Vanilla powder as a holiday gift for my friend. It was never delivered and Coffee Bean has done nothing to resolve this issue. There is no one to call. You can only send a comment or complaint through the web. I will never order anything from this company again as this seems like a case of fraud.”

“This powder was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. Makes my expresso smooth creamy and sweet. Wish it was priced a little lower so I could buy more but the discount coupons that come out occasionally help.”
