“I recieved the cup on Jan.7th, but DID NOT received the straw that was supposed to come w/the cup. I emailed Guest Releations on Jan.7th, but as of today Jan. 19, I STILL have not received a response to my request to have a straw mailed to me so that I can start enjoying my cup! I don't understand why it takes 10+ days to respond to emails. PLEASE have someone respond to my email or better yet, mail me the straw that should have been shipped with the cup! Thank you.”
