“I am very disappointed that the mug arrived chipped. I have reached out, completing the guest support form twice, and have heard nothing back from the company. This was a gift for a family member that loves “Friends”. I was so excited to find it for her birthday. Please reach out to me if you see this. I have no other way to contact support for a replacement.”

“Bought this one for me! FYI they were on a break HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Bought the other one for sister! Love both mugs! Mugs and 2tins of powder arrived safe nothing broke or chipped. Mugs are 24 oz huge have to fill up less times ;) Definitely recommend!!!”

“It arrived broken and I sent a message in order to get a replacement but it has now been days and I haven't received a message back about it. Instead, I get an email asking to review well here I am reviewing both the mug and Coffee Bean's customer service.”
