“I was really looking forward to this but, it arrived broken with plastic pieces falling out of the package and a clearly busted handle. I immediately contacted customer support, both via email and we form. I’ve been reaching for a return and exchange for same item…it’s been about a month now, since I first contacted the company. Contacted three times. My 30 day time frame to receive an RMA number for a return is about to close—yet I still haven’t received any customer service “reaching out shortly” as their automatic email said. This is the first and last time I will order from this company. I don’t know at this point if I’ll ever hear from them and I’ll just be stuck with a broken machine. Which I have not used or even tried for safety reasons. Unfortunately, they have no 800 numbers for more expedient customer service.”

“Straight out the box it doesn't work at all. When I push the power button, the light blinks a couple of times and then turns off. Holding the power button or trying again doesn't do anything, there is no explanation for what this blinking could mean in the manual. Even at a discount, this didn't feel worth it as it's just taking up space in my kitchen now.”

“This is a terrible review program. I spent $88 and purchased through the app, because I thought I would get points added to my app. This did not happen. The father is pretty good, the white chocolate powder and French vanilla powder are delicious, but the images in this order confirmation didn’t match, and I have no idea what a 6 month subscription means. I did not sign up for another purchase did I?”
