“My electric milk frother one touch stopped working after 5 months of use( 9/12/21-2/12/22). When it worked it was great! I think the life expectancy is short. I do not recommend this product. Customer service was great in reaching out after 5 weeks in response time. They did send a replacement but I’m too nervous to use the product now, thinking that it might stop working any day without notice.”

“This is great not only for frothing milk but heating up a small cup of coffee that has gone lukewarm. Easy to clean and perfect size for my cupboard.”

“Got it earlier this week and so far it is working well. I wish we could make more milk at a time, as we like 16 oz. lattes and the portion this heats is much smaller. It could also be hotter when done. But it is quick and convenient. It makes a TON of foam when on that setting. I like that you can also heat without foam.”

“I've tried using this with both attachments, various types of milk, and different milk levels and I cannot get this to produce hot milk. At best, it's luke warm, but since this product has a "hot milk" setting, that's what I purchased it for. I tried reaching out to customer service for assistance before writing this review but have not been able to receive a response.”
