“Easy to use, easy to clean and doesn't take much space at all on my counter. Be careful though - you must read the instruction to close it properly or it will not work. I learned to line up the arrows on the lid to the bottom portion. Great frother for foam or just heating up my fresh milk! I don't have to go to any barista in the morning, but if I did it would be off to my local CBTL!”

“I just tried the Milk Frother, and it works great! I will use this for my coffee from now on! However, I was a little confused about the instructions. There were two pictures, one displayed an attachment for hot milk and another for milk foam. I initially thought there were supposed to be two different attachments. It finally dawned on me that there is only supposed to be one attachment--one with the coil removed from the attachment for hot milk and one with the coil for milk foam.”

“We have had the machine less than a week and it has stopped working today. There is no customer service number listed on the invoice or receipt to speak to anyone about the issue. The machine never frothed milk...only heated it. We tried all the milk products this week. At least the machine was heating the milk and that function has now stopped. The blue light comes on and shuts off. The machine does nothing. No heating and no frothing. Extremely disappointed in the product and would not recommend purchasing it.”

“Broke after third use. Will be returning. Very upset because when it did work it was absolutely wonderful but I would hope it would work for more than 3 uses. Rinsed and cleaned up my milk and started over 3x and it did the same thing every time. Very mad.”
