“Being in the Northeast, it’s often difficult to find both the machine and the pods in any other venue but online(Amazon, CBTL, etc). Aside from that issue, the quality of the CBTL Caffeitaly machines and the quality and vast selection of CBTL espresso pods are spectacular. Regarding the espresso: The temperature, the taste, the roast… they’re all, in my opinion, the finest and most consistent espresso pods on the market. Likewise the machines. Consistently of the highest construction, production and longevity. Family and friends who have visited from Italy, France and the Mediterranean in general have all reaffirmed MY opinion that especially for a pod device and priced in the market at this price point(both pods and machine) this system is simply OUTSTANDING.”

“Great little machine. Easy to you and coffee comes out great. This is my second machine. The first died after 4 years of heavy use. Only thing I would like is if it would make different amounts. It only does 8 oz. Be nice if you could do maybe 12 and 16 oz but I am happy with it.”

“Received my espresso machine and the water tank is damaged. Tried to reach out to guest relations and there is no one available. Been emailing for the past 4 days and still unable to talk to anyone. Very disappointed. Now I just want to return this espresso machine, I don’t care anymore and want my money back. Why have a customer contact number when you can’t speak to anyone and it’s just a recording. I’ve owned 3 cbtl espresso machines and is my 4th! I don’t mind spending every 2 years for the machine because I like the espresso coffee pods. Now I will no longer buy cbtl anything….”
