This coffee maker was an early Christmas gift for my administrative assistant, who loves a good cup of coffee. Everyday since, she shows me the froth the espresso makes or raves about the taste of the vanilla flavored coffee that she makes in her office. I have also heard her shoo people away when they ask if they can have a cup. I hear, “Go to the cafeteria and get your own coffee.” I don’t know about its longevity, but this little engine that could has made someone’s morning brighter for the last few weeks.

This coffee maker is the best thus far! I have had the various models from the start of CBTL coffee makers and I have thoroughly enjoyed each one. Honestly, CBTL coffee makers make coffee just like in Italy and I lived there so I feel qualified to say this! Yet, this latest machine takes coffee to another level! Over the Christmas holiday, I had guests and when I made coffee from here, they all later asked me where to buy a machine! Claiming it was the best tasting coffee they have ever had too! I like the promotions on the app to earn free coffee, treats, and discounts on products when buying the capsules too. The machine works fast so even though single coffee maker, I can make 6 cups fairly fast! The only disappointment is that customer service no longer is a person but an email. I wanted to ask a few questions in regards to my friends buying machines but wasn't interested in exchanging emails over my questions. Although the email system does work when I reached out for a replacement recently! Hence why I received this one. Super value for the quality of coffee. Highly recommend.

Straight Out Of The Box it DOESN'T WORK. I followed the instructions and nothing but a beeping sound comes out. No one answers the phone at Customer Service. You have to email them and wait for them to contact you. So far it's been a week and No Response so I basically just wasted $129.99. WHAT A RIP-OFF.

I would like to review this but I haven't received my order that I placed on November 26th. Tracking shows it is stuck at Landmark Global. I emailed customer service last week and no reply. One person won't be getting a Christmas gift this year.

I purchased this machine to replace my first coffee bean single serve maker and after the first few uses the water tank started cracking out of nowhere

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She loves Coffee Bean. Her CBTL coffee maker stopped working, she had it for years, and it worked well. The reason for 4 stars is from order to delivery was just as good as Amazon, it arrived in good condition and timely. I will definitely upgrade to 5 stars once she has used it and it works as well as her other CBTL machine . I’m very happy with your company service. I would also recommend this product to any coffee lover based on my experience with CBTL, price, and customer service.

Replaced an older model that was way more flexible. Multiple choices changed to just three. New water reservoir is far too small for continuous use. Power switch is in an awkward position and seems to be reversed; i.e 'On' is down.
