“I have been using this model for almost ten months now. It does everything it's supposed to with no issues at all. Descaled it twice when the unit signaled. Easy to clean. This unit is used throughout the day an night. Great machine and pretty good CDTL capsules too.”

“Our CBTL Americano coffee machine broke down after 8.5 years of faithful, daily service so replacing it with this model was a no-brainer. Very happy so far, everyone in the family appreciates the sleek design/esthetic of the new model, and the functionality is great. I was not making much use of the 10-12 oz volumes offered by the Americano so don't mind the more limited options of the new model. Coffee tastes just as good as with the Americano! Priming the machine at first use required paying close attention to the instructions but worked out well.”

“A little noisier than I would like, but it produces a delicious cup of espresso with a thick layer of foam. My first purchase lasted over a year and a half and gave out so I purchased a second machine, which has been working great.”

“Update to review below about coffee maker not functioning. Contacted customer service and they replied the next day. They sent me a pre-paid shipping label for the return and I will be receiving a replacement. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you!”

“Single serve coffee maker would not prime when I received it. I am trying to return it but I have not heard from CBTL yet. Not happy about receiving a defective product and have to wait weeks to get a response from customer service to get a refund or get a replacement. Will update my review after I actually get some help.”
