“My main issue with coffee parts isn’t that the service was bad. Or even the product being bad. It’s that you take a gamble buying stuff from them as there is far too little information on the website to make an educated purchase.
This lack of information means that I have been unable to buy the correct product, and even though the product was of little use to me, there is no mention of easy refunds etc.
So basically I paid money for stuff I didn’t want or need, based on incredibly poorly presented information from this company. Hence a poor review. They didn’t cause the situation, but they certainly didn’t help rectify its either.”
