“The product and service would be great if it didn't arrive damaged, with barely an apology and a significant delay in getting a replacement. I paid for express postage as it was a gift and it arrived quickly, but it arrived damaged with a big dent in the side of the canister, which appears to have happened through the box as there is also damage to that. I now have to return it and wait for it to get back to them before a replacement is sent. A little bit of quality assurance would have avoided this experience—no offer of any compensation for the inconvenience. I won't be purchasing from these guys again suggest you go elsewhere.”

Even with the last inch of beans left in the canister, it still tastes as fresh as the first cup - no change in flavour and no more stale beans. Will be be buying more!”
