With regards to the vacuum canister. I have just bought freshly roasted coffee beans and will use the canister when I open the bag. Mechanically, it works as claimed, so I like it. Time will tell whether it makes a difference to the flavour of the coffee.”
“I'm very happy with my vacuum canister so far. I wish someone had thought of this years ago. It holds its vacuum very well and the beans certainly seem to retain their freshness longer. It could be a bit wider and shorter, to make scooping out the beans easier. That's only a minor nitpick really. I highly recommend it.”
