“Have been using it for a couple of weeks and made a perfect cappuccino out of the box. Have had a Gaggia for over 15 years and decided it was time to upgrade. Is better than the original, entry-level, machine as far speed is concerned. Much closer to a commercial machine to use and the results. May not be for the first timer as we were already used to the setup and operation but as good as any commercial machine.”
“The coffee machine is just perfect and does the job, it's well made and the size is just perfect. The first use was a bit tricky because the filter holder would not lock since the rubber seal's thickness prevented it. The solution I found was to take off the coffee filter so I was able to lock the filter holder and squeeze the rubber seal, finally, I put the filter back and the holder could lock normally. I advise the vendor and the manufacturer to take note of this little issue which could be a problem for some people.”
“Great machine, does everything I want it to and is a great simple design. Very popular machine means there is a lot of user support online if things go wrong and lots of upgrade parts that fit. Comes up to temp quickly and is able to pull some good shots. The steam wand will take a bit of getting used to, it has sort of its own technique to proper froth and it can be very temperamental but it gets the job done. Overall, a great little machine for a nice coffee.”
