“Uses too much water to clean each time, constantly emptying tray and filling water reservoir. Can’t clean front of machine without machine tuning on or starting a coffee selection.. Hard to switch off as on off switch is at the back. Too many steps to use steam wand manually. Light goes off when steaming milk with wand, so can’t see buttons to stop. Wand too short and too low. No ability to use pre-ground coffee. Can’t get a strong coffee even with max grind and max beans. The only positive is it looks good and that’s it. Don’t bother to buying, utter waste of money.”
“This is our second purchase of a Saeco Aulika machine - A great Machine for the Office for repeat use. Easy to clean, and weekly maintenance. The only change is these latest model specs seem to be a little smaller ( water+ bean trays) than our 2-year-old machine which does need a little more monitoring to keep topped up, however effective and efficient for the Office coffee lover.
