“Product WOW ( 5 stars ) , delivery its another story ( 1 star at best ). I have to say, my new vanity is beyond impressive. Cabinet alone took 3 grown men to carry upstairs. Solid hardwood all around, beautiful top, great high quality finish. This brings us to a delivery service. I received a phone call From Home Direct telling me I will be receiving my delivery next day between 9-12. After I waited all morning, I finally received a phone call informing me they will not be able to make it due to a show storm. Mind you, this was no snow storm by any standards. I was rescheduled for the following day, 12-5 this time. At 5pm I received a phone call from the delivery men, informing me they are running approx 2 hours late. They finally showed up at 7pm, when I asked to have my vanity delivered upstairs, they refused stating I only paid for a basic service. I would hope they would go an extra mile for being late, but all they did is deliver to my garage and promptly left. Im sure they were in the hurry to deliver other products they failed to deliver on time.”

“Received the vanity today and I could not have been happier with it. Countertop matches the brown granite tiles perfectly. Cabinet color is a little richer than a photo but it actually looks better in my opinion. Cabinet is made out of solid wood ( frame) plywood side panels and solid wood veneer. “Overall I'm very happy with the purchase but the install process was difficult. The vanity is beautiful, it has a great finish, beautiful carvings and wood grain. So why 4 stars? It is very heavy and will require 2-3 people to place it where you need it. I think it would be much better if the top was removable so it could be moved easier.”

“Never thought I'd make such a big (literally) purchase online. After weeks of comparisons the St. James vanity was perfect for our Victorian house bathroom remodel. It arrived intact and the piece is even more stunning in person. Be aware…the vanity ships with the granite already attached and is VERY heavy. It took four guys to safely get it up to our second floor. We bought the matching mirrors and the total look is outstanding. Would highly recommend.”

“I think its a nice vanity, a great buy for the price I got it at. It has a really solid frame, with a good sink, which is supposedly splash proof, but really is anything truly splash proof? Its got a lot of cabinet and drawer space, and its got a pretty spacious countertop, but the vanity itself is not too large. Its perfect for the single girl who likes her girly bath stuff out in the open I keep my bath salts, bubble bath bottles, bath bombs, oils, and candles out on the countertop, and they always look so nice and relaxing on there, even when some people would say they appear cluttered.”
