“I received a damaged product and the company won't fix it. I received the box ( seemed ok ) few weeks ago and was put in the garage until my remodel project was ready. Now they say they will not fix the problem because I signed "in good condition" and did not report a problem until several weeks later. Even if UPS won't help me, they should.”
“My issue is not with the vanity as it's very well made, in fact its much better than expected. My problem is with the delivery company. Since it's solid wood it weights a ton, yet the delivery man would not help me carry it upstairs as I only ordered standard delivery. I would hope for a better service on a $2000+ item.”
