“The overall quality is good, but the design is terrible. The upper drawer is a joke and the others are less useful because (despite the picture) they are too deep and leave a great deal of empty space. Decidedly a disappointment.”

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with one of the James Martin Designs. The top drawer is limited in its function do to sink / plumbing being directly behind it.
