“Whenever I inquired about something, I received a prompt response from Cedrick. The only thing that didn’t go well was that the backsplash that arrived with the vanity was too short and it was cracked. This was an issue with the manufacturer not Vanities Depot. Unfortunately, also due to the manufacturer, the new backsplash won’t arrive until late December! While I would definitely use Vanities Depot again, I might avoid the manufacturer of the vanity due to these issues. The vanity itself is of high quality and we are pleased with it.”

“The paint is cracked where the stiles and rails meet the panels on the doors. Also, where the individual parts of the frame itself are joined, the gap (which I recognize is intentional) is not clean/smooth or fully painted. Vanities Depot was great about refunding our money (less the $100 shipping charge), so while the vanity didn't meet our expectations, Vanities Depot did.”
