“This is a really nice looking stroller that is very easy to open, is compact, and not too heavy. Unfortunately, the mechanism for the buckle on the harness was so hard to use, despite watching many videos and experimenting, it was so finiky and challenging. It made us nervous that in the event of emergency we would not be able to remove our child quickly. Because of the buckle/harness issue, we returned. If the buckle was fixed, this would otherwise be a great stroller, but that was a dealbreaker for us.”

“Not only do we love our Colugo stroller but the Colugo customer service team have been a great support. The first stroller I ordered was the cocoa colour and once seeing it in person I wasn’t a fan of the colour. Hesitant to exchange it as I had ordered it with an offer the Colugo customer service team had no issue with supporting me with the return and providing me a coupon to match the price I originally paid. Then we received the cool grey. I instantly loved the colour and the stroller was perfect for what we need. At first the use was limited but after a few weeks we had a vacation scheduled and it would put it to the test of its compact size. It fit on the planes and was easy to fold up and down and we transported to different resorts by golf cart or shuttle. On the 3rd day of our trip we folded it, lifted it by its fabric strap and part of the stitching came apart. Once home I contacted colugo again. They asked for a photo and video and agreed to exchange. Once providing me the label all I had to do was send it off, confirm it was delivered to them and they reissued me the replacement. As much as I am obsessed with this stroller and it now goes everywhere with us. The customer service has gone above and beyond to support with my needs. I know with this stroller I am in good hands. Thanks Colugo! (Oh. I also purchased the baby carrier and love the magnetic strap connections like on the stroller! So easy to use!”

“If you're on the fence, get it. You will love it. After months of contemplating, I finally bought this and love it. It's so easy to maneuver, it appears comfortable, and it's so portable. I can even clip my diaper bag to the handlebar and it doesn't topple backwards when my kid isn't in it. The backpack also has a trolley pass-thru/luggage sleeve, so you can tote it on your carry-on luggage through the airport. This stroller is great to keep in my trunk for on-the-go trips. Easy to take to restaurants, as you can quickly fold and keep it near your table. If I HAD to pick a con- it's not AS sturdy as a full-size stroller, making for a bumpy ride if you're walking on heavily cracked sidewalks (but this is expected since the stroller is made to be light.)”

“Love this compact stroller! I keep it in the trunk of my car for when we're on the go. Very easy to use one-handed and the extended canopy is great sun protection. It's also very easy to maneuver and provides a smooth ride for my baby, who is 14 months. I highly recommended this stroller.”
