I had high hopes for this carrier and was so excited to get it for my fourth son . With already having 3 boys one being autistic I knew I needed to have my hands free but still wanting to bond with my son. Turns out I have a baby who cant be put down and only takes contact naps . I really needed this carrier to work . Unfortunately the magnetic clips are so hard to undo to get him in and out . It takes more then multiple tries it actually hurts my hand/ fingers . And it's very frustrating when my baby is crying and I'm struggling to undo it. Super disappointing because the magnetic clips were one of the main reasons I decided to purchase. Then the buckle you use to buckle around your waist has now broken . I honestly don't have it in my budget to purchase another carrier and really wish It would have worked out . My baby is only 4 months and I can't get any more use out of it, Especially with a broken buckle. I really thought I would be recommending to all my mom friends . I don't know if I just got a defective one but I'm not happy with my purchase .

When I thought it was time of saving it…. Surprise! We have 3 kg more to go before we have to save it! The best thing you can take to any trip when the stroller isn’t an option. And my baby (2yo) goes super happy!

Product seems quality/customer service lacking. I tried a few carriers in store and was very happy with this product. It was comfortable to wear (without a baby) and I loved the pocket options, especially the Fanny pack. I also really liked the magnetic style shoulder clips and that it could be adjusted with the baby in it. I am expecting my first in a few months, so I can only comment on my views on the item pre-baby. However, I find dealing with customer service very frustrating. I’m still waiting on my refund (weeks). I changed my mind on which color I wanted, once I saw it in person. I ordered a second carrier before receiving my refund, just to get it because most colors are sold out everywhere. The company sent me the wrong item. I contacted them right away and was told the correct one would be shipped the same day. I waited a week and the tracking never updated to reflect it was indeed sent. I contacted them once more and was told I would receive an answer to what’s going on with this order by the end of the business day. I never got a call or email back that day.. one or two days after that I received an apology and that they now resent my item to me and as an apology gesture the included a drool bib for my troubles. Once I finally got the replacement order, my carrier color was correct, but the “courtesy” bib gift was the same wrong color of the item they sent me that was wrong to start with. So it is useless. I’m having a boy and ordered Navy. They sent me a leopard bib, that would stick out like a sore thumb. I still haven’t received my refund from my original return either. The customer service would make me hesitant to buy from them again to be honest. It’s drawn out and frustrating.

Customer service has different standards. I originally bought my carrier in august 2020 for my third daughter. I loved it! Really comfortable to wear and could carry my baby in it for hours on end without getting tired. I recently had a baby 3 months ago which I had planned to use the carrier with her as well. A week or so my daughter had a cheer performance so I strapped in my 3 month old to the carrier to make it easier to manage my 2 year old and baby. When I took off the carrier I noticed a tear on the back support strap. I looked into colugo’s website to see what the warranty was for the carrier. Well I read the policy which states I’m covered for 2 years after the date of purchase. Well at that point I began to get discouraged because I’m now 2 months too late. Well then I began reading reviews and one customer stated her carrier got damaged and it was 2 after the warranty expired BUT the customer service representative sent her a brand new one since it hasn’t been too long since the warranty expired. So that gave me hope. I called customer service and the representative just flat out said we can’t help you your product is past the warranty. So I guess each representative has different standards when it comes to trying to help customers who’s warranty has expired. I tried looking for the comment but conveniently I can’t find it anymore. I’m sure they deleted it due to other people trying to call to get their product replaced. If they can’t offer a whole new replacement they should offer replacement parts. I see a lot of people talking about their back strap tearing. I’m sure it’s common especially when used with more than one child. But they don’t offer any such thing as replacement parts so you’re out of luck if you’re out of warranty and anything breaks or tears. I expected better customer service after all the reviews I read.

Not for me. It just isn't for me. The material really doesn't breathe well enough for where I live, the mesh leaves marks on the underside of my baby's legs, and the magnetic buckle is difficult to unlatch especially since I have postpartum carpal tunnel. I wish it did work, I love how light it is, the outer material is soft, the center pocket is nice(not sure if have much use for the pouch) and the availability of prints/colors is great. It just wasn't a good match.

Good stuff. This is really great. My baby has tried the solly baby wrap and bjorn baby carrier and he prefers the colugo the best. The fabric is soft and durable too.
