“Wonderful product!. We've got a wrap and and alternate carrier. Of the three, the Colugo is by far the easiest/most functional. The quick clips/latches are easy to work with, it includes some functional storage pouches, and feels light while carrying the baby. I strongly recommend this for an easy, comfortable, and effective carrier (even if doing chores around the home)!”

“Bad product- don’t recommend. The only reason this product is getting a one star is because I can’t give 0. The product is nice material but way to wide for the babies legs and cuts the babies legs. And no way could hold a 33 lb baby. It’s cheap and is not worth $144.00 at all… wouldn’t recommend to a friend.”

“Best Cust Svc Ever Rcvd!. I had the best customer service experience with a company than I have ever had, or could have asked for. I ordered a carrier for my best friend of 12 years' first baby, and after the carrier did not arrive, as I was told it was by the shipping company, I worked, via text, with several friendly ladies to discover that the carrier had been shipped to the wrong address by mistake. Upon finding this out, I was still determined to get this carrier for my friend, so I asked for a slight discount, and not only did they respond in a pleasant manner, when technically, they did not have to respond at all, they told me that they would ship one out for me for free, and even warned me that I might have to choose a different color as this color was backordered. Thankfully the baby is not due until October, so I am good to go, but wow. Thank you Nicole, Julie, and Emily! I will always remember this company for future friend's babies, and eventually my own. Thank you for your kindness in a world that is not always so kind!”
