“I bought the Colugo primarily for the magnetic clasps. I found the clasps very useful and it makes it much easier to put the baby in the carrier than the ErgoBaby 360. However, it does takes a bit of time to get used to opening them (especially if you had carpal tunnel after pregnancy). The waist pocket opens easily even with baby in carrier. The carrier was light-weight and very comfortable. The only improvement I would love to see is adding some pads under the buckles/clasps as the baby tends to lean towards them. But overall, I love the product for making it easier to baby-carry!”

“The soft grey color is nice and all the details of the carrier are well thought out but the material is average and the clips are really hard to squeeze to unlatch.”

“This is the third baby carrier we have purchased, and really wish we had started with this one. The beefy padding around the waist does a great job of distributing weight, and the fanny pack attachment is actually useful for phones/wallets/keys (as opposed to our first one with totally useless pockets on the main body of the carrier). It does get warm wearing this, but that may be more a function of strapping a hot baby to myself than the carrier- the comfort from actual weight distribution is well worth the increase in temperature (our second "wrap style" carrier runs a little cooler, but factoring in the weight distribution, I'd take the Colugo any day). The magnetic buckles are a double-edged sword- it's amazing when wrestling a squirmy baby into the carrier to have those buckles snap on, but I find them more difficult to unclip than a normal buckle. Maybe I just have terrible grip strength :) But seriously, of the carriers we've tried, this one is it.”

“The best carrier out there!. The best carrier out there! Im so happy I decided to go with colugo. It’s extremely comfortable for myself and my son. (He’s 5 months this week and 22 lbs). He feels so light in it. Lol I have to say my favorite thing about it is that there aren’t a million clips and strings everywhere!!!! It straightforward and feels like a great quality product. The grey is such a great neutral color. I was skeptical about the clips as everyone else is on most reviews but they are so great and user friendly. I have not one complaint with this carrier... such a good investment!”
