I never received the baby carrier and Colugo kept my money. Easiest way to lose $125 is to order from this company. I am still trying to get reimbursed but Colugo has stopped responding to my claim. Because I don’t trust Colugo as a company anymore, I ordered from Ergobaby instead. I had a much better experience with Ergobaby and am happy with my Ergobaby carrier.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered with your order, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback. Your experience is important to us, and we want to help resolve this matter to the best of our abilities. After investigating the situation, it appears that your item was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, Colugo nor the shipping carrier do not cover losses for items post-delivery. In these unfortunate cases, we recommend that you: 1. File a police report if you believe your item was stolen. 2. If you used a credit card for the purchase, check whether your card offers purchase protection benefits for lost or stolen shipments. We understand that this can be a frustrating situation, and we empathize with your experience.

Best purchase for 2nd baby!. Hands down (or hands free!) the best purchase I made for our 2nd baby, Having the Colugo carrier to tote around our newborn son in Los Angeles, while also chasing around our 2 yr old daughter has made the transition from 1 to 2 so much easier. The carrier is super easy and fast to slip on, and the magic buckles allow you to tuck in baby in a flash. I love the lower pocket on the “support belt” area for my phone and (small) wallet. The Colugo also feels slimmer than other similar carriers (we have the navy, and I still feel like a cool mom and not a pack mule like other carriers I tried made me feel). I had a ring sling for baby #1 (primarily used infant-6mo), but the Colugo is way more supportive and really allows me to go hands free when I need to chase after my toddler (I plan to use this carrier from infancy to when he can walk). The material is quite soft as well, and our infant son is always content in the carrier. Highly recommend!
