“I am beyond disappointed in this product, it does not fit the carrier well because of snap placements on the carrier. The fabric folds over where the snaps connect to fold down the front carrier flap for forward-carry and so you can't lock the fabric behind the snaps like in the videos. The drool cover slips off constantly or rolls up into our baby's face. The side strap covers also get in the way of snapping and attaching the magnet shoulder buckles if you need to shorten the straps when your baby is smaller and the strap covers also slide off easily on to the floor as soon as you detached the magnet buckles. We've stopped using both because they are completely worthless and more hassle to use. Something about the drool pack or the carrier must have been redesigned recently. Either snap placement is very off on the carrier now and does not fit their drool packs or the drool pack has been changed and is too long on the front flap. We sent videos and photos of the problem to support. Colugo even sent us another carrier just in case the snaps were not placed properly on our carrier and it was the same problem on both carriers.”

“I like the drool pack, but I have to say that it is a bit annoying that the front area doesn’t really stay on as well. The sides do stay when we unsnap it, so that’s good. I think if it was a better fit it would be perfect. My little one always sucks on the strap part so no complaints there. It’s also a nice cotton soft cover for the straps so that’s always nice.”

“I LOVE the carrier but unfortunately cannot recommend the drool pack. They slip off every time I take the carrier off, and they move around so much that it’s a constant adjustment when they are on.”

“Good Idea, Poor Quality. The main drool pad that goes over the top of the carrier does not stay in place. It is always moving around. I have better luck using a simple burp cloth. There needs to be a way to have it stay in place. I no longer use these items. Do not recommend.”

“Don’t stay on. I wanted to love this and I had waited for the grey to come back in stock but….when you have the clips in clipped the strap covers easily slip off and fall to the ground I didn’t realize this and I’m now down to one strap cover Bc I didn’t notice it had fallen off when I took him out. The front cover also rolls up easily and doesn’t securely stay in place. I just wish both parts stayed in place better/were more secure.”
