“The quality of the coins is above amazing. The only issue I had was that there had been a fail of communication between the Laura, Art Department, Lead Designer and the person who does the final ordering, Gene. They were both very nice, however Laura failed to inform Gene of the graphic change I had given her some time ago, so that when the order went through, the graphic was an old one. Luckily, the new graphic only had two small changes that didn't affect the need to do a reorder. I did let Gene know since I failed to have caught it on my end, that I would just keep the coins ordered and requested to update the current graphic he had with the one I provided Laura. Important for them both to double check with each other and stay on top of customer changes. Otherwise, I'm happy and will reorder in the future!”
