“The amount of time put in to reach a solution to the payment of the coins was excessive. A phone call early in the creation of the coins would have solved the payment problem quite readily.. The coins were excellent in design and manufacture and as each person received theirs they exclaimed how great they looked. I only hope the 200 we ordered will not become a problem like the first 100.”
