“The chips look really good. My only critiques: production took longer than expected, but not terribly long. Perhaps some more communication with the customer during production would alleviate this. Second, I wish there were other material offering for the chips, such as clay to bridge the gap between the affordable plastic chip, and the metal coin. Otherwise, the quality is spot on, the chips look and feel fantastic. The art/design assistance is top notch, packaging was sufficient and no issues in shipping.”
