“When this stove was installed, I found a lone piece of metal hanging inside at an angle. I contacted the installer and sent a picture of the item. They were not sure what it was. I then took a chance and contacted Comfort Bilt customer support. They quickly answered me as to what the item was. When I told them I only had one, they sent 2 baffles to be installed. I was able to place them in almost the correct spot. My installer came and worked to get them in the proper position. The little stove has been working wonderfully ever since. I am very happy.”
