“I feel quite comfortable having repair parts on hand in case something goes wrong, instead of having to wait for 2-3 days, or longer in inclement weather, for a repair part to arrive in the mail...”
“Excellent excellent excellent. The pellet stove was doing weird things from the start and after much troubleshooting I called and they sent me a replacement motherboard. The stove has never worked better. Fires right up and maintains a decent flame for the level it is set at. I ordered the parts care package to prevent all the time and energy troubleshooting if anything happens again. The best way to test a part is slip in a new one and look for change. Also saves on downtime by having the parts right on hand. Also probably costs less than one service call would set you back. Looks like most of the parts would be easy to change. I also expect moving parts to wear out and will need replacement in time.”
