“I had 2 warranty issues which was taken care of immediately without question. They shipped the parts the same day I called. Awsome customer service. Glad i bought a Comfortbilt pellet stove.”
“It's a switchless piece of plastic. What's there to say. The design of either the switch or the stove has started browning "overheating "the original contact point at the back of the switch. The company has been super helpful trying to get to the bottom of this. We're not there yet but I'm hopeful.”
