Cast Burn Pot for HP21, HP22 series, and HP61 Pellet Stove Models Reviews

4 Rating 133 Reviews
My stove is less than 2 years old and I am on my 4th burn pot. They only seem to last about 6 months for me before they crack all the way across the bottom. These burn pots suck, which is unfortunate, because we really love the stove itself. This is the only issue we have with it.

They aren't very good, I only have one season on my stove, and I'm on my third burn pot. I love my stove, and customer service, and parts department are all really great, it's to bad the darn pots don't hold up, I use the ECO mode, and have burned up an igniter also.

It has been amazing, heated our entire 2800 sq ft home like a champ in Maine winters. It was reliable, we used eco mode and it truly is the best stove we have used. Customer service and troubleshooting are amazing. Fast responsive and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Comfortbilt is the best. My burn pot cracked and I called to order a new one. The rep was great. Received a new burn pot and was not even charged. The stove is the best thing I have purchased. Since I installed it I have not had to have my propane filled in over a year, which is quite a bit higher in price than pellets. Can't recommend Comfortbilt enough.

I had a crack in my burn pot. I bought the five-year guarantee so it was sent out immediately with no charge. Comfortbilt is a very conscientious company and takes care of the problem right. The tech support is great!
