“I purchased a ComfortBilt pellet stove a year ago which worked well and exceeded my high expectations. The burn pot recently developed a small crack and I contacted a Customer Service rep. Following a friendly conversation a new burn pot was sent to me free of charge. Although the small crack did not affect performance, I appreciated the quick, hassle free response and continue to enjoy the warmth my stove provides me in my barn.”
