The first one I ordered arrived slightly damaged but was still able to operate just fine when installed, I called tech support to explain the damage and they sent me another new one free of charge and had me keep the first one!

“My blower came fast, had to buy hp50 blower for my HP54 stove. Took the motor off hp50, reversed the armature, changed motor mount and away we go. Comfortbilt needs to sell motors separately as they are very easy to change and my first one only lasted 1-1/2 seasons”
