“A lot nicer having the extra space to load pellets in stove to last longer either during the night or away all day at work or out of town. Wish it were a little better esthetic looking than just a black box on top of stove. The stove is really nice looking and the plain black box takes away from that. But hopper does a great job.”

“The hopper expansion was a simple install. I am only giving it 3 stars because while it adds 32lb of capacity, it makes a significant amount of pellet capacity in the original stove inaccessible. Before adding the extension, I could use my hand to push the pellets in the hopper to the edges. With the extension, the pellets that fall into the original hopper are shaped like a cone and it leaves lots of open space. If I had to guess, it is probably +32 for the extension and -15 or -20 from the original stove.”

“I called just after receiving the extension. It doesn't fit the hp22n but it sold for it. Was told it was made for all the other stoves and works on mine. Works maybe but looks terrible on it. Even the securing straps for the back won't work.”
