“We kept getting the low temperature alert and our stove would shut down because the pellets would gather around the sides and not go down all the way through the hopper. The hopper extension not only allows the stove to hold more pellets but it also has alleviated the low temperature alert and keeps the pellets flowing downward. It fits perfectly and is easy to instal.”

“Got tqo stoves both have had so many glitches. They send me the extender no instructions on if you have a different switch and called the tech. They told me i could bypass the switch. Well after i did that the stove really started to mess up. The tech said and i quote' i guess we should put that in the instructions '. Not happy at all!!!!”
