“This is my first pellet stove. I love the way it looks set up. It is so attractive. Gives my home a warm homey feel even though it is not running yet. My son did fire it up for me one cool evening to do the initial burn. The glow from the fire was beautiful. Installation and set up was easy. The care and maintenance appear to be easy. Easy access to all areas that need routine cleaning. I look forward to the warm inviting fire during the cold fall and winter months.”

Sent a new switch that day and we got it the next. Can’t beat that service. Stoves do a good job plus very attractive bay windows. Most satisfied with the units. They do well in Michigan winters.”
