“The stove was delivered on time and in good shape. We have had it running for two months how without any problems. Heats the house well, and we are having cold, stormy winter. We are very happy with the stove. Oh, and the many Youtube videos on the operation and cleaning of the Comfortbilt stove are helpful.”

“I'm not impressed with the stove. I can't adjust blower speed or thermostat due to it wants me to input a password. The manual is not helpful and your videos on the internet do not address any issues with the stove. I have tried calling the numbers on your manual which have been disconnected. Overall the stove is quiet and heats to a point it is not enjoyable because I can't adjust the temperature. I bought the stove due to the high ratings but I should of listened to the bad comments from other customers experiencing the same issues.”
