“So far the stove has been great, basically set it and forget it on the temp setting. Heats our main living space quickly and has helped supplement the other zones with some fan circulation. So far quite happy. We did have some auger noise which was rubbing against the cylinder and the tech I emailed with gave us recommendations including powder graphite. It worked and seems that it is fixed now. Would recommend.”

“Good stove, but instructions for programming controller are difficult to understand. Tiny 6 point font in manual is hard to read and follow, 12 point, or even 14 point font would be ideal. I'm still dealing with factory settings, unable to make good sense of important details for programming. Pellet hopper opening needs to be larger, is difficult to refill from bag,or even from small pail. Warning beeper should be added to pellet hopper door to indicate if door hasn't fully closed, or if door has been open too long while refilling. Otherwise, this switch should just be eliminated, as it really serves no useful purpose.”
