“The service from ComfortBilt has been great. It has met my highest expectation as has the performance of the HP22 stove3. The HP22 serves as my primary source of heat with a central oil burning furnace as the backup. Originally the oil furnace provided the heat for the 3 story 27oo square foot home plus the cellar at an average temperature of 60 degrees F. The pellet stove provided an average temperature of 66 degrees F in the cellar and 1st floor and about three degrees cooler on the 2nd floor, just comfortable for sleeping. This was accomplished with natural convection and each room was within one degree on each floor. The stove quality and performance was only exceeded by the great service.”
“We're very pleased with our stove. It installed easily and worked perfect with the push of a button. It heats very well, keeps our house toasty. We would have given it 5 stars except the fan is pretty noisy, works well but noisy. We would recommend it.”
“I love the stove very much. The only gripe I have is that the hopper is poorly designed. All of my previous stoves would feed the pellets until it was empty. This stove has a design that starves the auger with a 1/4 of the bag still left in the hopper. I just treat the stove as if it is empty at 1/4 bag of pellets and all is good.”
