“We purchased the ComfortBilt HP22-SS Pellet Stove in the fall of 2021, it was installed thanksgiving weekend.
It is now the beginning of April and we have used this stove nearly everyday to warm our nearly finished basement.
Result thus far; FANTASTIC! I love this pellet stove. It does everything i had hoped for.
I primarily use the weekly setting and it will turn on early in the morning warm the space, and ease the strain of my main heater to warm the house. When the set temp is reached it will shut down, just as it should.
We priced quite a few stoves and decided on Comfortbilt primarily because of features vs. price, and we’re glad we did. Pound for pound this is the best deal out there!
If your on the fence, get off it and get this stove, you wont regret it.”
“I purchased the ComfortBilt HP22-SS to replace a 25 year old cast iron stove and I absolutely love it. It's so easy to start and stop, the hopper is big enough so I don't have to check pellets in the middle of the night for fear of running out. The glass is super easy to clean and does not soot up, it is like day and night compared to my old stove. It saves me so much time. I live in the Colorado Rockies and we have long winters, my house is just about 1000 sq feet and this stove heats it up very fast. The only thing I noticed so far is, that some ash falls behind the drawer in the corners, not sure how to remedy that.”
“the reason for the 3 star rating instead of a 5 star is that when I bought the HP22-SS pellet stove I also ordered the piping to go with the stove and also did a chat on the site about what I needed I was told the piping kit would be all I needed, WRONG the piping set did not have everything I need and had some things that I didn't need, we had to have someone come and put it together for us which we had to pay, anyway I paid alot for the extra piping and was a waste of our money and time as it does not work with just that and you pay for parts that you can't even use. You would think paying all that money that it work and fit together after all it sold to use together. We do love the stove just not happy that I pad extra to make sure it was going to be done the right way but I paid more then had to hire someone to fit it all together which we should not have not to do not happy with that at all I recommend to NOT purchase the piping as it will not fit properly”
