“Our H22I-SS was shipped and received in a timely manner like I was told it would be. A couple of friends and I ran our 3in flex up the chimney and slid the insert into the fireplace and sealed around the outer edges. It was very simple and easy to install just a little heavy which is good, so have some help moving it in. We are really pleased with the comfortbilt insert. I would have given it 5 stars if I knew more about how it holds up. I feel like it uses a little more wood pellets than I had expected. That could be my fault tho I am still learning about how to work the insert.”
“Need better instructions on how to get more heat from the stoves....how to turn the fan up for instance.
Both my stoves barely make 20 hours on 40lbs of pellets.”
