“Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this stove. I was using it to heat a small cabin less than 250 sq ft. It did not work properly from the start. I worked with the tech guy for over 2 weeks and countless hours on my part. It would not regulate properly, no matter the setting. It would die down to embers and then flame back up with a puff of smoke, every 10 to 15 minutes. Used an extraordinary amount of pellets. Over a bag a day. Had to clean it out after 6 hours. I purchased this directly from Comfortbilt. I am now told there will be no refund. I have since taken it out of the cabin and gone with a different heat source. What a shame. I had such high hopes.”
