“I believe that in ECO mode the igniter isn't up to the task, I had over 2000 cycles in one season, so a tougher igniter is needed for the amount it has to cycle, but for an older model without ECO mode, I think it is still a good product.”
“I've had my Comfortbilt stove since January 2021. In that time, we've gone through 5 igniter. The last time we had to call and get a replacement we waited for several weeks for it to even ship. Really disappointed in the quality of the igniter/stove as we can't ever even rely on it starting when we need it.”
